Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48hrs of appointment time are accepted. Deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations made DAY OF appointment will result in 50% service charge before booking again. *However I do understand unforeseen circumstances such as deaths, car accidents, or family related issues. This can pardon the 50% service charge.* *NO CALL NO SHOWS* are required to pay 50% of service charge before booking again (NO EXCEPTIONS) this does not include deposit. If for any reason I have to cancel due to unforeseen issues, Deposit will be refunded!!!
